Delivery Fees

Equipment Delivery and Pickup is provided on central campus, which is defined as buildings enclosed by 13th St., University Ave., 34th St., Archer Rd., and buildings immediately adjacent to those borders. Deliveries will incur a fee of $10 per trip. A delivery is a trip, and a pickup is an additional trip.

It may be possible to arrange equipment delivery to sites beyond central campus. Additional fees will apply. Please inquire well in advance of the event.

Late Fees

Equipment not returned by the agreed time will incur additional charges of $50 per item per day, or the First Day rental fee per item per day, whichever is greater.

Setup, Teardown, Support

Equipment setup, teardown, and support will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour per technician. Please inquire well in advance of the event.

Billing

To set up fee payment by check, credit card, P-Card, or PO, please contact A.T. Accounting at 392-7449. Rental fees must be paid in advance.

Notice: Events canceled less than one week in advance will still be billed the standard charges.
