Software and Licensing

Software Licensing Services (SLS) provides software licensing, distribution and management services for departments at the University of Florida. It also maintains an on-line directory of software licenses managed at the University of Florida.

Computer Labs

  • CIRCA Computer Labs (CIRCA)
    CIRCA provides eight computer classrooms and supporting computer lab work areas in five separate facilities for the use of all University of Florida students, faculty, and staff.
  • Faculty Media Lab (CITT)
    The lounge area of the CITT has workstations with equipment including flatbed, sheet-fed and slide scanners, video workstations, and a sound recording studio.

Web and Software Development

  • Web Design and Development (CITT)
    The CITT offers design and development services to the University of Florida community for online courses.
  • Software and Web Applications (Software Development)
    The software development group in AT designs, codes and maintains Perl and Java web applications that interact with SQL databases.

Web Hosting

As part of Academic Technology's mission, web space may be available to certain groups and individuals in pursuit of educational goals.
