Support and Training

Academic Technology's support and training services span from the popular UF Computing Help Desk to help with Electronic Theses and Dissertations. Additionally, workshops are offered for faculty, teaching assistants, standardized test takers, and others.

Technical Support

  • UF Computing Help Desk (UF Computing Help Dësk)
    The Help Desk provides a central point of contact for faculty, staff, and students to get answers about campus computing services and referral to campus service providers.
  • Faculty Walk-In Support - Software (CITT)
    A walk-in support area for faculty needing assistance with software or access to scanning, digital video, and audio stations.

Workshops and Classes

The Office of Academic Technology provides workshops on instructional technology, teaching techniques, testing strategies, and study skills, among other topics.

  • TA Development (Teaching Center)
    A series of workshops for teaching assistants who want to improve their teaching.

For Faculty

    CITT offers workshops to increase the skills of UF faculty in topics related to technology and pedagogy.

Electronic Theses and Dissertations can provide help and resources to people who are submitting works in digital form.
