Academic Technology's support and training services span from the popular UF Computing Help Desk to help with Electronic Theses and Dissertations. Additionally, workshops are offered for faculty, teaching assistants, standardized test takers, and others.
Technical Support
- UF Computing Help Desk (UF Computing Help Dësk)
The Help Desk provides a central point of contact for faculty, staff, and students to get answers about campus computing services and referral to campus service providers.
- Faculty Walk-In Support - Software (CITT)
A walk-in support area for faculty needing assistance with software or access to scanning, digital video, and audio stations.
