RevoLabs microphones are found in a majority of UF Registrar classrooms and feature 2 rechargable microphones. When charging the LED on each microphone will glow red, turning green when fully charged. Microphones are muted by default upon removing them from the charging base.
The shorter of the two microphones is the Instructor Clip-on microphone. This microphone is designed to be clipped onto the lapel or colar of a shirt and picks up voices better when pointed towards up. To unmute the clip-on microphone, remove it from the charging base, wait 3 seconds for the LED to flash red, then press the button once. The blinking LED should turn from red to green.
The taller of the two microphones is tabletop microphone. This microphone is designed to be laid on a table, sideways with the microphone circle pointing up. To unmute the tabletop microphone, remove it from the charging base, wait 3 seconds for the LED to flash red, then press the button once. The blinking LED should turn from red to green.
