What UFIT is doing to keep you safe

  • All technology in staffed UFIT Learning Spaces is being cleaned at least daily and between uses.  Areas experiencing frequent usage will be cleaned more often as needed
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are available in the classrooms
  • Keyboard covers have been installed for reserved registrar classrooms
  • All UFIT Learning Spaces have had their seating arrangements and capacities changed per social distancing guidelines.  There is at minimum 6 feet distance between each seat.
  • All UFIT staff have completed UF’s COVID19 screening process before returning to work
  • All UFIT staff wear facemasks per UF’s policy
  • All classroom computers are Remote Assistance capable, Call the Classroom Support number 352-392-6683 for assistance
  • UFApps is available for all students; over 180 applications are available

How You Can Help UF

  • Use provided hand sanitizers installed around campus.
  • Bring personal sanitizer and wipes if possible as backup
  • Use provided disinfecting wipes and cleaning products.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place where social distancing is not easily maintained.
  • Wear a mask or cloth face covering per UF Policy and CDC recommendations.
  • Follow social distancing guidelines, stay 6 feet apart from each other.
