UFApps – Use Software in UF Labs from Any Location!

UFApps, a new pilot service, is now available for all students. UFApps provides access to nearly 30 software programs, including Photoshop, IBM-SPSS statistical software, and AutoCAD. UFApps makes all these software “apps” available from your apartment, residence hall, or when away from Gainesville—24/7 access is yours, free! UFApps is a “test” pilot program funded by the Student Tech Fee. The pilot makes software on UF lab computers accessible from desktops, laptops, and other Mobile devices.

Usage levels and student feedback will be evaluated to determine if the UFApps pilot program will be expanded to a full-time, ongoing supported service.
