Registration Checklist for Students with Disabilities
- See an academic advisor in your college
Ask your academic advisor if CLEP credit will count toward your degree program.
- Schedule a CLEP exam time
Register online to take a CLEP exam. Please do not schedule a CLEP exam any sooner than 4 working days to allow time for arranging accommodations.
- Contact the DRC
Request testing accommodations from the Disability Resource Center (DRC) at least 4 working days (96 hours) prior to your scheduled test taking time. Send an email to atrequest@dso.ufl.edu; include your full name, UFID number, the title of the test you are requesting accommodations for, and the date you are scheduled to take the test.
- Confirm your testing accommodations
Confirm your testing accommodations 2 working days (48 hours) prior to your testing time by contacting Academic Technology at (352) 392-0371. Ask for the Coordinator of Testing and Evaluation.
- Take the exam
Report to take the exam at the Teaching Center, Ground Floor of SW Broward Hall on the scheduled date and time. You will need to bring photo ID and your credit card. You will receive your score report after you complete the exam.
