Turnitin.com is a service licensed by Academic Technologies for the University of Florida. Because it is a service provided outside of UF, if you experience problems with your Turnitin account or with using the service, you will need to get support from Turnitin.com.

You can get most support from the online help menus. These menus are "contextual," meaning that they will automatically pull up the help information most relevant to the page you are currently viewing. Click here for some general information about the Turnitin Help menu.
If the online help files do not answer your questions, you should review the appropriate sections of the Turnitin.com manuals. You can download Turnitin.com manuals here:
Faculty Manual (PDF)
Student Manual (PDF)
If the online help menu and the manuals do not provide enough assistance, Turnitin.com also provides a helpdesk link that will open an online form by which you can explain your problem and request additional assistance
[You must be logged
into Turnitin and enter an account or a class prior to using the Helpdesk
Ticketing System].
Note: University of Florida help resources such as the UF Computing
Help Desk will not be able to provide assistance with most problems related
to the Turnitin.com service.
